Sub-processors

Last Updated: September 5, 2026

Running FieldCue means handing parts of the job to specialist providers — somewhere to run the servers, somewhere to store the database, models to do the transcription. Those providers are our sub-processors. Every one that touches customer data is listed below, alongside what it actually handles.

We do not sell customer data, and we do not use call recordings, transcripts, or the content of your CRM to train AI models. Our AI providers process transcripts to return a result and are contractually barred from training on that input.

Things that are not sub-processors

Your CRM. When FieldCue writes a summary back to GoHighLevel, it is putting your data into your own system on your instruction. HighLevel is your provider, not ours, and your agreement with them governs it.

Your own API keys. If you supply your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, transcripts are processed under your account with that provider, on your terms with them, and their usage does not appear on our bill.
